Hi, I’m Dan, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapist, Addictions Counsellor, and the founder of Neu Future Fitness & Wellbeing. With nearly a decade of experience supporting people toward personal growth and helping them step into “neu” versions of themselves, I emphasize wellbeing alongside fitness. I’m passionate about guiding you to a balanced life through movement and inner calm.
As an online personal trainer, I craft tailored fitness and nutrition plans to suit your goals, delivered via my app with weekly check-ins. No two people are the same, so neither are my plans.
Locally in Hull, I bring wellbeing to life with face-to-face boot camps—like the successful sessions I ran last summer—and upcoming meditation and breathwork classes starting May 2025, as I train to become a certified instructor. My approach blends movement and good nutrition with mindfulness.
